Mulamwah: I Have Spent Ksh4 Million On My Rural Mansion, Require Ksh6 Million To Complete

Content creator and radio presenter David Oyando, alias Mulamwah has shared the progress of his house which is still under construction.

In an interview with Plug TV, the comic noted that the house is halfway through, adding that the project will cost a little over KSh 10 million.
The mansion in question is being constructed in Kitale where he bought land before commencing the construction.

“To where it is at the moment I’ve used around Ksh 4 million; we are just halfway. By the time the house will be complete I will have used approximately Ksh 10 million, that’s everything,” Mulamwah said.
Mulamwah also noted that he is not in a hurry to complete the construction of the house.
“That’s a project house, this means I’m not in a hurry to complete it, I continue with the construction whenever funds are available. So, even if it takes five years, as long as you are building something that you’ll never go back to build something else,” he said.

In July 2021, after purchasing his first piece of land, Mulamwah challenged the youth to prioritise saving the little money they get for future investments.
The comedian said that he wanted to use his story to inspire and challenge other young people to keep on doing what they do best no matter the circumstances.
“Today I want to inspire someone, I’m going to buy my first piece of land from comedy. When I started no one believed in me. People will discourage you but don’t listen to people just set your mind right and go for it
“Don’t listen to what people are saying, don’t compete with anybody, move with your pace. The little money you get; save and invest because you don’t know when you will get money next. So don’t waste the money a lot of fun doesn’t help just invest,” said Mulamwah.

Mulamwah has also invested in the Boda Boda business with over 15 motorcycles operating in Kitale town.
“Right now I have 15 but I have ordered two more. I used to hang out with some friends who are unemployed and I decided to give them boda bodas so we can both help each other. In Kitale bodaboda earn about Ksh 300 per day,” he said in an interview on Churchill Show.
Mulamwah Denies Dating Ruth K, Reveals She Has A Boyfriend
Popular comedian Mulamwah has maintained his previous position on his relationship with singer Ruth K.
The duo made headlines on Valentine’s Day for twinning in matching outfits and publicly expressing affection for each other.
A video posted by Mulamwah showed them kissing, which may have been their way of announcing their relationship to the public.
However, Mulamwah later came out to deny that the two are a couple, In, an interview with YouTubers, the Milele radio host emphasized that the two are just friends who happen to be close and are not involved in anything romantic

Responding to a question about why they are not dating, Mulamwah revealed that he is still working on himself because he does not want to carry his baggage into his next relationship, citing drama from his last one.
“Tunajipatia time, ukitoka kwa hii relationship unakimbia unaenda next na hizo errors, I’m taking time to write my wrongs. Ni time fiti ya kujitafuta, soul searching, therapy kidogo, kagym. Ikiweza with time inakuwa vile itakuwa.”
The comedian also disclosed that Ruth is currently in a relationship and his boyfriend and Mulamwah are good friends.

Mulamwah noted that since he broke up with Sonnie, his love life has been inconsistent, and he wishes to change that in the future by meeting and being with the right people while he is working on himself.
His break-up with Sonnie was ugly and publicized, the two were involved in a bitter online exchange, and he accused Sonnie of using their daughter Keilah to make money.
A drama broke out during their daughter’s first birthday, the comedian revealed details about their relationship that we did not know claiming that he had beaten Sonnie despite not wanting to. He added that he had promised her that she would have the last breath even if he lost everything.

“Nimefika ile point ya I don’t care, kampuni inataka kunifuta inifute sijali.” Mulamwah Boasted. He went ahead to claim and narrate how Sonnie had reported him at the Central Police Station over the allegation of physical abuse.
According to Mulamwah, Sonnie had even gone to the Milele Fm offices to ask them to fire him, he claimed that Sonnie was spreading a false Narrative.
Mulamwah also mentioned that he was planning on meeting with an advocate and that he wanted to begin making decisions for her child as well. He promised never to permit her to show off their child in public.
