“There are insane people. You’re contacting me to attend a fundraiser for your Form One-bound child. Do you think I’ll be attending? Did we give birth together? This incident is not an isolated occurrence, as Ng’ang’a has previously rebuked individuals seeking financial assistance from him. In a viral video from 2020, he criticized congregants who habitually requested handouts, expressing his reluctance to provide monetary aid.

Ng’ang’a’s firm stance against financial appeals extends beyond education-related fundraisers. He has criticized men who fail to pay dowry for women despite their parents educating them.
During a fervent sermon, Ng’ang’a underscored the significance of fiscal responsibility in matrimonial partnerships, underscoring the discrepancy between those professing to be religious and their behavior.

For what can we give Him praise? It’s just that you lie. You are an empty bag inside. The girl has left the school, and you have given up on your house as well. Now observe how things have turned out badly. Since even the parents themselves do not engage in acts of worship,” he said.
