Njambi was the estranged wife of a politician at the time of her painful death.
On Friday, April 5, Justice Joel Ngugi said the evidence before the High Court in Kiambu correctly implicated the trio in the murder, as suggested by Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamuchomba, who watched the proceedings.
Ndung’u is said to have been infected by the people who kidnapped Njambi from her home in Thindigu and tortured her before she died in hospital.
She was attacked 3 times and forcibly forced to inhale solid sulfuric acid. The deceased was later doused with acid and left helpless at a coffee plantation where she was picked up by a passerby and taken to Kiambu Level 5 Hospital.
