The AFCON U-20 competition will take place in Tanzania from October 6 to October 20 this year.
Kenya’s national squad, known as Rising Stars, has been put in Group A alongside Taifa Stars from Tanzania, Rwanda, Sudan, and Djibouti.
Uganda, the incumbent CECAFA U-20 champions, will face South Sudan, Ethiopia, and Burundi in group B.
The qualifying matches to be held in Tanzania will award the champions of each group a spot in the 2025 African Cup of Nations.
