In his video, Kibe admonished Omanga for her behavior and for “allowing herself to be filmed in such a compromising position.” He suggested that she was a “disgrace” to the country and women in general. Many people have accused Kibe of using Omanga’s situation to further his own career, and of being motivated by a desire for attention rather than a genuine concern for her well-being.

It’s worth noting that Omanga has not yet made any public comments about the incident, and it’s unclear whether or not she was aware that she was being filmed. However, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the video, it’s clear that Kibe’s response has struck a nerve with many Kenyans.

One of the main criticisms leveled against Kibe is that his lecture was both sexist and hypocritical. Many people have pointed out that Kibe himself has a history of controversial behavior, including making derogatory comments about women and engaging in other types of offensive behavior. As such, they argue that he is in no position to lecture anyone else about morality or propriety.

Additionally, some have suggested that Kibe’s comments were rooted in a larger cultural issue in Kenya, where women are often judged and punished for behaviors that men are allowed to engage in without consequence. They argue that Kibe’s focus on Omanga’s behavior reinforces harmful stereotypes and contributes to a culture of victim-blaming and shaming.
